These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Prooflio's services, accessible at prooflio.io and the connected dashboard at app.prooflio.io. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Prooflio provides a software-as-a-service platform for aggregating customer reviews from third-party platforms, analyzing them with AI, and embedding social proof widgets on customer-owned websites.
Prooflio offers Free, Starter ($29/mo), Growth ($79/mo), and Agency ($199/mo) plans. Plan limits are described on prooflio.io/#pricing.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual plans receive a discount as posted on the pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel anytime from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions retain their pricing until the next renewal.
You agree not to:
Prooflio integrates with platforms like Google, G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, etc. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of those platforms when connecting them. Prooflio reads publicly available data and data you authorize via OAuth. We do not guarantee continued integration with any third-party platform if their terms change.
Prooflio retains all rights to the platform, branding, and software. Reviews and customer data you import remain yours; you grant Prooflio a license to process this data for the purpose of providing the service.
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance with advance notice. Scheduled downtime does not count against uptime targets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prooflio's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Prooflio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI sentiment analysis and theme clustering are probabilistic and may contain errors. You should not rely solely on Prooflio's analysis for critical business decisions.
You agree to indemnify Prooflio against claims arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account anytime. Upon termination, we delete your data within 90 days (subject to legal retention requirements).
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France. EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
